Salary: $34,598.00 - $67,197.00 annually

Duties: Selected candidates will examine crime scenes for latent fingerprints; collect and preserve physical evidence; take photographs and make diagrams; attend autopsies; testify in court; assist in investigations and training of municipal police officers and police recruits; and prepare transmittal letters and reports.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED with completion of advanced technical or college level coursework or training in evidence collection at crime scenes plus one (1) year of experience in evidence collection or a related field. An equivalent combination of training, education or experience will be considered if the applicant demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above referenced duties.
