The Forensic Services Supervisor is responsible for managing the Forensic Scientists and Crime Scene Specialists. The Forensic Services Supervisor’s primary function is to plan, supervise, and evaluate the activities associated with the Gilbert Police Department’s Forensic Services Unit. The Forensic Services Supervisor oversees the Crime Scene Specialists that are responsible for the examination and investigation of crime scenes for identification, collection, preservation, and evaluation of evidence. They also directly supervise Forensic Scientists who perform advanced forensic examinations in the laboratory.
